AIS Document Delivery Architecture
At the core of our document delivery services is a data depository
or target table. All programming logic and document creation stems
from our data depository. Due to the fact that all programming logic
is written on the front end, changing software or platforms will
require minimal cost to write new import programs to the existing
target table. Thus, you can take advantage of significant cost reductions
now, even though you may have plans to change your software/platform
in the future. Our unique service not only provides for document
consolidation and efficiency, it also provides you with dual communication
technologies (Print & Mail and Internet) enabling you to transition
to E-Business as the marketplace dictates.
Print and Mail
Not only will you have access to the newest technologies, where
costs are spread out among hundreds of other organizations, you
will recognize greater economies of scale by eliminating costly
equipment setups for smaller document runs. On-demand document imaging
will reduce the need for preprinted forms, eliminating the costs
associated with procuring, storing, and managing the inventories
of those preprinted forms while providing you with complete flexibility
for document change at any time. With the ability of full color
digital imaging in conjunction with sophisticated, intelligent inserting
equipment, dynamic messages and/or selective inserts can be included
with each outgoing communication allowing you to consolidate/reduce
the amount of mailings you send out while increasing the importance
of each communication piece. Postal processing software will provide
optimum postal discounts to our clients. Delivery point bar coding
and utilization of USPS bulk mail centers (BMC's) will expedite
delivery through the USPS system. If
we initiate only the first phase of our proven 24 hour print &
mail service, allowing us to consolidate document data from various
departments/locations regardless of softwares/platforms/systems
that reside, and deliver those documents to your clients in a more
improved, less expensive centralized method, we can literally save
your organization tens of thousands of dollars in a short period
of time.
Internet
As needed, data files can be parsed and documents can be created
and distributed to your clients via Internet, providing you with
the dual systems necessary for the transition to E-Business. With
our "EIPP" Electronic Invoice Presentation and Payment and "EBPP"
Electronic Bill Presentation and Payment services, your "Business/Consumer"
clients will have the ability to pay electronically via check draft
and/or credit card. This provides you with a plan to transition
away from print and mail as your markets eventually dictate.
Client Service Center
In addition to the above Internet features, we have expanded our
services to include an online "Client Service Center" that
is multi-tiered allowing both your company departments/locations
and their respective customers to have Internet access through your
own web site to our centralized document management/information
center. This unique system will further consolidate and reduce your
cost of communications, while enhancing the sophistication/access/services
of the information that you want available.
The architecture of our client information center goes far beyond
the simple archiving of documents. It is an interactive center allowing
your clients to converse and conduct business with your organization,
providing state-of-the-art "customer services". This not only
